Bernina 990 Mastery Embroidery Class

Please note:  If you purchased your Bernina new machine from PJ's, these classes are free as many times as you would like for the first year.  So, please call the shop at 239-995-0045 or 239-257-2052 and sign up over the phone so that the charges are waived.  

The purpose of this class is to learn how to use the Embroidery software built within your Bernina embroidery machine.

This class is not for non-Bernina embroidery machines, since it teaches the software components installed on the machines.  If you are new to embroidery or have not used your embroidery module on your Bernina in a long while - this is the class for you! 

If you have purchased a new Bernina embroidery machine from PJ's Quilt and Longarm Studio, this class is free if you purchased your machine from us within the last calendar year.  If you purchased your machine from another Bernina dealer, the free classes do not transfer to another dealer.  If you are eligible for the free class, please call the shop at 239-995-0045 to reserve your spot.

During this course you will be need to bring the following: 
- Your Bernina 990 machine 
- Your Bernina 990 embroidery module 
- Your Bernina Oval hoop 
- Empty bobbin for OESD bobbin thread 
- Snips 
- New Embroidery Needles 
- Foot #26 for embroidery 
- Regular bobbin case & embroidery bobbin case 

You will be provided the following in this class: 
- All of the embroidery Isacord threads defined by each embroidery design being stitched 
- Black fabric 
- Embroidery Stabilizer 
- 505 spray 
- OESD bobbin thread for exercises done during the class

Update 4/3/2025:   Class prices have increased to match the Bernina $ value based on machine type, the number of hours and sessions that the topic involves.  This class currently takes 2 sessions, which are 3-4 hours a piece.   There will also be value add expertise that will be included by the instructor around the class topic.
