Beginning Quilting Class

Learn the basics of quilt making! You will learn about tools of the trade, cutting fabric, sewing and pressing. You will make 9 different quilt blocks and they will be assembled to make a sampler quilt. Final quilting and binding is also covered in class.
First class will not require a sewing machine - we will be going over supplies needed for class and fabric choices.
Note: Basic rotary cutting is covered in class for the first block. All blocks are sewn in class. Rotary cutting will be expected as home work after the first working class so that blocks may be sewn during the next class.
